At Strength Studio, you won’t be just a “personal trainer” that is interested in fitness, rather you’ll be viewed and treated like any other allied health professional. We believe the work of an exercise professional is just as important as any other allied health professional because your work in improving the health of your clients matters.

We have a shared client model which allows our Exercise Professional to work a normal 40-hour work week. The clients are put on your schedule when you work instead of you having to come in whenever the client wants to workout.

On average, a Strength Studio Exercise Professional will make $40,000 in the first year and over $70,000 after year five, and have the ability to immediately earn profit sharing with the company.

As an Exercise Professional with Strength Studio, you will earn multiple certifications, publish research, and have consistent continual education.

4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred; not mandatory
Currently hold certifications from accredited health/exercise organizations or ability to obtain upon hire
Currently hold CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
