1on1 Personal Training

  • 1on1 Personal Training is the most efficient and effective way to workout! During the 30 minute session with your trainer, you’ll receive constant supervision and feedback about your progress and performance. Your exercise program will be tailored to your goals and modifications.

Small Group Training

  • You must have a partner in order to sign up for Small Group Training. This is a great option for couples, family members, co-workers, friends, etc.

  • During the 45 minute session with your trainer, you’ll each be instructed through your own individualized exercise program that is tailored to your goals and modifications.


BOD POD Testing

  • The BOD POD is the gold standard for body composition measurement. During this non-invasive test, we will start by measuring your weight. Then, you’ll sit inside the BOD POD machine as it measures your volume and density through air displacement.

  • Upon test completion, we will learn your fat-free mass, fat mass, body fat percentage, and estimated resting metabolic rate (the amount of calories you burn at rest). We will review your results with you and educate you on how to reach your goals.

  • The BOD POD test itself takes approximately 3 minutes, but your appointment will be 15 minutes as it includes set-up and discussion.
